Responsibilities:-
1- Maintain safe and Clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
2- Reviewing incident reports and taking necessary actions
3- lead, Guide and monitor staff in providing safe quality care to our residents.
4- Informing family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions, and meeting with patients and their families
5- Supervising and managing nursing staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning nurses to patients, and training new team members
Requirement:-
1- Strong Leadership , communication and organization skills.
2- Min diploma in any field.
3- Relevant work experience in a related field.
4- Able to converse and write in English, Malay and Mandarin.Summary of role requirements:Flexible hours available
