Homestay Operation Executive
This role is responsible for providing superior client experiences and solutions to all guests to ensure their needs and expectations are met and exceeded, and that the reputation of the Company is enhanced before/during their stay. Key accountabilities include supervising all room cleanings, identifying maintenance issues to be done in a timely and accurate manner, and managing and resolving routine guest issues and complaints in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guests are satisfied with resolutions provided.
Thus, you are required to work well with your Homestay Operation Manager and your teammates.
Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupervise operations team to ensure smooth running of daily operations.
Identify maintenance issues quickly and report to maintenance.
Resolve daily staff performance issues and keep operations manager informed.
Arrange for daily duty roster.
Handle customer inquiries.
Experience and Educational RequirementsPreferred tertiary, diploma/degree education in hotel management, hospitality, or tourism.
Able to speak English & National Language. Knowledge of other languages is an added value.
Customer-oriented.
Pay great attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Reliable & has a sense of urgency.
Willing to learn, proactive.
Have own transport (FREE parking provided).
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office is an added value.
No work experience is required as training will be provided.
Young adults and final year of internships who are interested to take up challenges may apply.
