Hospitality - Mall Leasing Manager (Johor Bahru)

The ideal candidates for the Hospitality - Leasing Manager that is based at Johor Bahru are expected to :
Assist the Leasing HOD in executing the leasing plan and strategy; besides the business development activities (such as grow the clients base, build the relationship with existing and potential clients).Generate and provide insightful timely reports and papers pertaining to Retails / Real Properties market.To partner internal and external parties for the Hospitality - Retails & Malls development plan.At least 3 years of working experience in leasing, especially in the area of mall leasing, key account management, partner development, and project managementKPI and partner success orientedHas strong verbal and written communication skillsAn analytical mind and inclination for problem-solvingDriven and comfortable with an agile / entrepreneurial environment
