Job Description
To inspect all unit for cleanliness / maintenance and student welfareTo make sure all repairs are up to do, and students are in a comfort stateTo alias with contractor to do repair at the soonest and keep record of the repairs.To make sure student keep the units clean all the timeTo alias with cleaner to clean one week once and to check work done.To make sure all payment of student is made by the 10th , if not must send out notice and follow management steps to vacate the student.To carry out any task related to student welfare, filling, recording and all administration
Requirement
Live around Shah Alam Sek 7 area will be an advantageMUST be physically fit to go up and down the stairsMust be able to communicate with student and parentsMust have excel and word knowledge
