Hotel Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:
Assist the project leader in daily operation of hotel business, such as operating procedures, service standards, management norms, fund settlement, etc.
Assist the project leader in the cooperation and docking of OTA channels for all hotels.
Familiar with the operating procedures of the hotel's front desk and guest rooms, able to cooperate with the project leader to implement operational plans.
Assist in implementing operational sales targets at each stage and supervise the completion of them.
Daily maintenance of housing status and price.
Coordinate the relationships between all parties, properly handle customer complaints and various issues arising from service work, and promptly resolve any issues discovered.
Communicate daily work with the project leader to ensure smooth and effective project information.
Manage the consumption of guest room products, grasp the scale of product consumption, regularly count inventory, and purchase.
Handle daily calls, emails, and visitor reception.
Job Requirements:
College degree or above. At least 1 year of hotel work experience, with qualified basic skills in front desk and guest rooms.
Strong willingness to learn and develop in the hotel industry.
Strong communication skills, clear logic, able to solve customer related complaints.
Strong execution ability, able to implement the company's operational standards and policies.
Loving and dedicated to work, able to endure hardships and work actively.
Familiar with office software such as Word and Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
