Known for round-the-clock nursing care and rehabilitation services, we prioritize Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in our care approach.
With our commitment to creating a premium, hotel-inspired senior living experience, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our senior living communities.
Role Description
As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will:
Oversee Daily Operations
• Manage the daily operations of all hotel-style services, including housekeeping, dining, front office, and concierge.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of amenities, facilities, and resident activities.
Deliver Exceptional Hospitality
• Lead and train staff to provide a five-star hospitality experience.
• Implement strategies to create a welcoming and luxurious environment for residents and visitors.
Budget & Cost Management
• Monitor operational budgets, optimize expenses, and achieve financial performance targets.
• Work with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Resident Experience & Satisfaction
• Collaborate with the care team to enhance resident satisfaction and address feedback.
• Develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement of the senior living experience.
Team Leadership & Development
• Recruit, mentor, and manage staff across all hotel departments.
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and growth.
Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards.
• Stay updated on regulations specific to senior living facilities.
Strategic Planning
• Collaborate with senior management to align operations with the company's vision.
• Support expansion initiatives, including launching new senior living properties.
Qualifications
Operations Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
Experience in Training staff
Excellent problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
