Key Responsibilities:
Magical Check-Ins: Greet guests with a warm smile and sprinkle a dash of charm to ensure their check-in experience is seamless and delightful.
Spellbinding Customer Service: Cast a spell of exceptional customer service by anticipating guests' needs and providing them with enchanting recommendations for local attractions and amenities.
Mystical Multitasking: Juggle check-ins, reservations, phone calls, and guest requests like a true wizard, all while keeping a sparkling smile on your face.
Wizardly Problem-Solving: Use your magical powers to resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with finesse and grace, turning any frown upside down.
Enchanting Administrative Duties: Wave your wand over administrative tasks such as managing reservations, handling payments, and maintaining guest records with precision and accuracy.
Qualifications:
A passion for creating magical experiences for guests
Exceptional communication skills (both spellbinding verbal and written)
Ability to multitask like a sorcerer and remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (wizardry training a plus!)
Possess own transport and willing to work in Empire City Damansara, Millerz Square Old Klang Road, or KL City Centre area
Proficiency in using magical tools such as reservation systems and office software
