Hotel Revenue & Reservation Manager

Details of the offer

Conduct continuous analysis of changing channel distribution models and assess their impact on consumer booking trends.
Optimize hotel and corporate pricing strategies by defining and managing BAR levels, stay restrictions, and other tactics across all distribution channels.
Ensure rate integrity and maintain strong relationships with long-term customers.
Collaborate with the Revenue Management Team to develop and implement attractive rate offers (packages) for the right customers through the right channels.
Monitor transient, group, and tour booking pace to adjust pricing and availability controls for all reservation distribution sources.
Discuss and implement necessary changes in the distribution plan based on performance.
Complete room and revenue forecasts to accurately project unconstrained demand.
Ensure appropriate overrides and correct loading of special events in the system.
Maintain demand analysis strategies, ensuring both future and historical demand data is up-to-date.
Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Team to strategically select business that aligns with brand guidelines.
Track and analyze competitor pricing and yield strategies, anticipating competitive reactions to market changes.
Reservation Management :
Oversee the reservation system, ensuring seamless booking experiences across all distribution channels.
Analyze reservation trends and optimize availability to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
Work with other departments to manage group reservations and ensure special events are properly reflected in the system.
Strategic Planning :
Play an active role in strategic planning, marketing, and budgeting processes.
Chair and prepare materials for weekly Revenue Management Meetings.
Prepare revenue updates and communicate results to the senior management team.
Qualifications :
Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
Prior experience in Revenue Management is an asset.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, 3 years of experience as a Front Office or Reservations Manager, or 2 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
High degree of professionalism with strong human resources management and business acumen capabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
