Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre (PKLCC) , owned by Permodalan Nasional Berhad and managed by Attana Hotels & Resorts Sdn.
Bhd., is currently looking for young, dynamic and energetic individuals for the following position:
Housekeeping Attendant ResponsibilitiesROOM
Review room assignment sheet before beginning the daily cleaning.
Note any special cleaning duties.
Set priorities for cleaning assigned rooms.
Take walk through of your assigned section.
Equip trolley with adequate supplies and keep trolley neat and tidy.
Keep pantry clean and secured.
Check the guest supplies and linen.
Dump solid linen regularly.
Report maintenance defects and safety hazards.
Report and hand over lost and found items promptly.
Perform any related duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
PUBLIC AREA
Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the section.
Maintain a well-groomed appearance and ensure uniform is neat and clean at all times.
Observe house rules and policies.
Be polite and courteous at all times.
Get assignments and instructions from Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor.
Ensure trolley is well kept with cleaning tools (e.g., toilet brush, vacuum, etc.).
Follow procedures for cleaning bathrooms and toilets with the right chemicals and cleaning tools.
Refill and replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, etc.
Clean public area restrooms, lobby, porch area, jogging track, dust walls, furniture, fixtures, air-con grills, and picture frames.
Clean mirrors and window glasses.
Strip and polish floors of all public areas.
Sweep, dust mop, mop, and polish floors.
Report broken fixtures, malfunctioning equipment, and missing items to Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisor.
LINEN
Keep and update all items received in the record book.
Manage linens to and from guest rooms/store/linen room, ensuring soiled items are counted by housekeeping attendant.
Record loan items by guests in specified logbooks and follow up before guest departure.
Check and count guest cloth properly before sending to laundry and checking again after receiving from the laundry contractor.
Ensure clean linen received meets hotel standards.
Handle telephone calls.
Record and update all items taken from storeroom.
Prepare work orders phoned in by Housekeeping staff and send them to maintenance or contact them via walkie-talkie.
Update system from vacant dirty to vacant as per floor Supervisor.
Perform any related duties assigned by superiors from time to time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
