Housekeeping & Landscape Executive

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in all areas.
Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and providing performance feedback.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and initiate procurement when necessary.
Plan, design, and maintain outdoor landscaping areas, including gardens, lawns, pathways, and other green spaces.
Manage a team of landscape personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Schedule and coordinate landscaping activities, such as planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
Job Requirements:
At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or any field.
At least 3 years experience in the related field.
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
