We are representing a world-class company in semiconductor development and in-house production based in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan, which is urgently seeking to hire a Factory Housekeeping Supervisor to join the workforce as soon as possible.
The primary job responsibilities are:Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to maintain high hygiene standards.
Plan, schedule, and oversee daily cleaning operations and task assignments.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
Manage inventory and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to factory cleaning procedures and company policies.
Requirements:At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Knowledge of factory cleaning standards and procedures.
Monthly basic salary.
Attendance allowance (after confirmation).
