Lead the Human Pharma Analytics team responsible for building an Insights-led Data-driven culture that delivers profitability and further growth of the company. Drive decision making across the MSI cluster by leveraging and communicating integrated insight into operational and financial results, highlighting trends from across all available internal & external data sources, primary and secondary market research, competitive intelligence and situational analysis.
Develop, design, and implement the company's analytics strategy, ensuring that data insights are effectively leveraged to enhance business outcomes and operational efficiency.
Partner to HPLC on design & development of critical business insights that enable the leadership team in the organization to make the right and effective decision on time.
The Position
Drive Insights-led Data-driven culture in the HP organization. Inform business performance and potential through an end-to-end approach that connects all the data pieces to deliver robust and meaningful business insight; leveraging existing and new data sources, techniques, system, and tools.
Empower MSI Cluster with 1st class management information and insights, customer segmentation analysis that are visual and can help drive data-led decision making based on fully utilized and integrated data from all 3 countries and MSI Cluster. (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & MSI Cluster)
As a HPLC partner in business planning, facilitating all business planning assumptions and market intelligence. contributing to annual HP business planning cycles (Pre AD meeting LTF In-Market Sales & Outlook Meeting In-Market Sales forecasting).
Provide leadership of insight, forecasting and analytics capability for commercial, pipeline and medical; delivering insights that help drive optimization and innovation through successful new drug launches and indication expansion.
Lead and develop an effective team that is able and committed to delivering objectives and to fostering Boehringer Ingelheim's Values.
Responsible for putting in place an annual team plan that will ensure all team members successfully deliver on business objectives and ensure that the business is able to execute strategic decision-making in a timely fashion.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics or a related field
8-10 years of analytical experience
Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry and trend of environmental changes
Solid experience on data management, data structure & data transforming strategy.
Programming & scripting skills for data manipulation, analysis and data visualization.
Insight generation for key stakeholders' decision making and action planning experience
Capable to provide the leadership to develop and implement solutions to complex business problems.
Open minded, motivating personality with drive and initiative
Critical thinker with ability to self-manage workload, including re-prioritizing and delivery under tight timelines.
Ability to work well under pressure, influence without authority, good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Team player, flexible and willingness to adapt in a changing environment
