Job responsibility:- Organize and maintain personnelrecords.Update internal databases (e.g.record sick or maternityleave).Prepare HR documents, likeemployment contracts and new hireguides.Revise companypolicies.Supervision/Handling onall accounting mattersLiaise with Auditors andCompany SecretaryHandling of AdministrativeWorks Jobrequirement:- MinimumSPMDiploma in Accounting or Intermediate LCCICertificate in BookkeepingPreferableMalaysian Able to handle full setaccounts.3-5 years working experience andknowledge in relevant fieldFast learner andrequires very little supervisionGoodanalytical skills, attention to details and show commitment toaccuracyKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Words,Excel)
