Auasia Agrotech Sdn Bhd is a growing organization dedicated to excellence in agriculture technologies.
As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Assistant to join our HR team.
Responsibilities:a) Human Resource
Assist with day to day operation of the HR functions and duties.
Assist in payroll process.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Assist in the on-boarding process of new employees, including conducting orientation, issuing employment contracts, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
Assist with preparing, filing and documentation of HR-related paperwork, such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters and other related documents.
Provide support in the administration of employee benefits programs such as medical and insurance claims, and leave management.
Assist in renewal of foreign worker working permit & others related matter with foreign worker.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other employee engagement activities.
b) Administrative
Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Coordinate in renewal of government licenses, company car insurance & road tax, Puspakom, etc.
To assist in staff claim verifications and prepare reports to Management.
Assist with filing and documentation of Admin-related paperwork.
c) Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
d) Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
e) Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Payroll system- SQL / Autocount).
Possess good communication skills at all levels, resourceful, high integrity able to perform duties with accuracy, detail and careful.
Possess a high level of confidentiality, responsibility, accountability, fast learner, dynamic, self-disciplined and good attendance.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate effectively and collaborate with employees at different levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks effectively and maintain high efficiency.
Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in work.
Educational Qualification:Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
Knowledge of computer is required & strong inter-personal skill in human relationships.
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks given.
Analytical thinking skills, self-motivated and able to work independently.
