JOBRESPONSIBILITIES Involvement in the HR day-to-dayoperations and activities which include but are not limited toassisting in establishing HR policies and regulatory compliance,payroll, recruitment, employee compensation and benefits, officeupkeep & etc.Administer recruitment activitiesand selection processAnalyses compensation policies,government regulations and prevailing wage rates to developcompetitive compensationplanStaff performancereviewStaff insurance claims and updatingquarterly reportsCompiles monthly statistical staffrecordsUpdating and submission ofperiodical reports as required by HQ inJapan.Resolve daily employee issues,provide necessary support and assistance and maintain good employeerelations.Plan and organize team-buildingactivities to promote team cohesion and a friendlyatmosphere.Office upkeep and maintenanceincluding office security and access, office equipment and officesuppliesIncidental and any ad hoc duties asassignedJOB REQUIREMENTS Diploma/Degree in Human Resource orrelated fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in HR& AdminGood computer skills in MicrosoftofficeWell versed in laborregulations.Must possess good interpersonalskills and be a team player to foster positive attitude towardorganizationalobjectives.
