This role offers the opportunity to handle the full spectrum of HR and payroll functions, manage office administration, and contribute to our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.Handle tax-related matters and statutory deductions, staying current with tax regulations.Maintain detailed payroll records and generate necessary reports for analysis.Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless payroll disbursements.Training and Development: Manage HRDC portal and liaise with HRD CorpDevelop and execute comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Identify training needs and create training materials and resources.Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.Human Resources On-boarding process for new join employeeOff- boarding process for resigneeHandling misconduct case such as issue show cause letter, warning letter and manage employee grievance.Counselling sessions to be done to employees when required from time to time.Foreign Workers Management Oversee the full spectrum of recruitment of foreign workers management from the recruiting and staffing activities, manage on boarding including accommodation in the hostel.Ensure compliance in policies and procedures with regards to foreign workers issues and statutory requirements.Coordinates of foreign worker's administration such as arrangement FOMEMA.Responsible for work permit/employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo.Main liaison between Immigration, JTK, & Foreign Workers/ Agents.Liaise with Immigration officer over the counter when necessary. Office Administration: Oversee office maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.Negotiate contracts and monitor service providers' performance.Implement and enhance office policies and procedures for optimal efficiency.Job Requirement Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other related field/qualifications.Minimum 1-2 years of working experience. (Fresh graduate also welcome for apply)Accountability, proactive and protective of confidential information with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Responsible, good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented person.Required languages: Able to speak in Multiple language
