Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR Support.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Monitor Employee Attendance & Tardiness.
Manage yearly training plan, training budget, training arrangement and HRD Corp matters (Grant Application, Submission & Claim).
Prepare promotion letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letters and other HR related letters.
Assist in issuance of memo for announcement from Management.
Process monthly payroll on timely basis, perform thorough checking and verify accuracy of salary payout, OT Calculation and commission.
Handle staff disciplinary, grievances and misconduct issues.
Ensure reimbursement claims are verified on time and accurately.
Maintain and update employee information.
Organize proper record and filing on all HR related files.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks relating to HR and Administration.
Perform other duties as required by the superior/management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.), multi-tasking, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication and comprehensive skills in written and verbal English language and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Payroll experience (SQL Payroll system) as well as knowledge of relevant software (INFOTECH) and database will be an added advantage.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Prefer candidates who can join immediately.
