Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Full time
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly payroll by collecting and verifying attendance, overtime and leave records.
Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, covering tasks such as overseeing multiple job portals, proactively sourcing candidates, conducting CV and phone screening, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, and performing reference check-ups.
Coordinate both in-house and public training courses, encompassing tasks such as sourcing training programs, managing course registrations, securing venues, maintaining comprehensive training records, preparing documentation for HRDF grants and claims, and addressing HRDF queries when necessary.
Prepare offer letters and ensure the timely onboarding of new employees, including orientation session/induction.
Maintain up-to-date employee employment records, including the meticulous upkeep of personal files and the database in the payroll system.
Assist in organizing company's staff engagement activities and company events, to maintain a positive work culture.
Maintain the Healthmetrics and Grab for Business systems by regularly updating staff movement records, analyzing monthly usage, and managing related invoices as needed by the immediate superior.
Liaise with governmental departments to guarantee compliance with legal and governmental requirements.
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required by immediate superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in HR Generalist role.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Good communication skills and able to communicate in English, Bahasa Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance would be an added advantage.
