Hr & Admin Executive

General HR and Administrative Matters:
Develop a clear understanding of business needs and objectives to provide effective HR solutions that support the achievement of business objectives across various departments in the organization.
Performance Management:
Provide advice and guidance to line management on performance management-related matters.
Process performance appraisal exercises, mass salary reviews, year-end bonus exercises, etc.
Recruitment and Selection:
Establish internal hiring and recruiting practices, liaising with various projects, departments, and management on recruitment needs.
Understand hiring requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, selection, offers, onboarding, and offboarding.
Payroll Matters:
Establish and organize the filing system for the master list of employees.
Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management with precision and efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies, proactively addressing any discrepancies.
Handle work pass applications, monthly CPF submissions, IRAS 21 tax clearance, NS leave claims, etc.
Benefits and Compensation:
Manage and process employee welfare benefits and medical insurance.
Ensure that all compensation and benefits strategies remain relevant and competitive while maintaining internal equity.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Drive and coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities.
Plan and coordinate company events to enhance team collaboration and engagement.
Manage and resolve employee relation issues, disciplinary actions, and grievances, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
Learning and Training Development:
Oversee talent management and succession plans.
Develop HR plans and initiatives to support the achievement of business objectives across various departments.
Oversee the entire training and development functions and develop and implement learning and development programs to foster ongoing learning and skills improvement for employees.
Conduct analysis of in-house training and on-the-job training for internal employees.
Employment Practices & Regulations:
Handle Tripartite Standards introduction, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, dismissals, and conflict of interest.
Maintain good working knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
Company Credentials:
Manage ISO45001 and bizSAFE Star, BCA work head CRS contractor registration system SY08 L6, ME11 L1 application and renewal matters.
Assist corporate service providers in submitting statutory declarations, Company ACRA annual return filings, and register of controllers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration Management, or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language(s): English and Mandarin fluency in written and spoken (to coordinate with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, HQ colleagues, etc.).
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to leverage teamwork.
Resourceful, meticulous, able to multi-task, and handle pressure well.
Experience working in the Regional Rail Transport industry is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
