Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Admin Executive with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
Handle HR correspondence, including memos, announcements, and policy updates.Payroll and Benefits Administration:Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely updates to employee data, attendance, and leave records.
Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other perks.
Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and HR policies.Policy Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports as required (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, tax submissions).
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and feedback.
Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
Assist in the organization of training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.Training and Development:Organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning initiatives.
Collaborate with managers to align training plans with organizational goals.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance tracking.
Manage the training budget and maintain accurate training records.HR Systems and Technology:Maintain HR management systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows.
Generate HR-related reports and analytics for management review.Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in HR administration or a generalist position.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
