Responsibilities:Co-ordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interview, preparing letter of employment, Contract for Service and conducting induction program.
Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.
Liaise with government agencies on statutory requirements on all payroll related matters.
Submit monthly statutory payment and necessary forms to Inland Revenue Board, EPF, PERKESO and HRDC.
Monitor staff annual and medical leave.
Carry out any other tasks as assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirements:Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Commerce with at least three (3) years of direct working experience in the field of HR.
Well versed in Employment Act and Malaysia Labour Law.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Dedicated, trustworthy and meticulous.
