Hr & Admin Executive

Job Description: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Administer employee benefits programs and handle benefits inquiries.Administer compensation and benefits programs.Support and lead employee engagement initiatives.Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution.Maintain HR records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.Collaborate with HR management on HR strategy and initiatives.Mentor and guide junior HR staff.Perform office administration tasks.Other HR functions or ad hoc tasks as per required by the superior.Job Specifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field required; relevant certifications are a plus.Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, including recruitment and employee relations.Skills: Strong Microsoft skills, recruitment skills, employee relations expertise, knowledge of HR laws and regulations, effective communication and interpersonal skills.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
