HumanResources: Assistin execution of HR functions including Recruitment &Selection, Training Development, PerformanceReview.Assistin recruitment process including advertising posting, candidatescreening, interview session arrangement, andonboarding.Assistin monthly payroll processing, attendance checking and leavemaintenance for allemployees..Assistin issuance of memo for any announcement fromManagement.Updatingemployee personal record and ensure proper filing from time totime.Toorganize proper record and filing on all HR relatedfiles.Liaisingwith government authorities to ensure company's compliance withrelated statutoryrequirements.Preparemonthly company manpower listing and headcount and also HR relatedreports.Anyother tasks, projects or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by HODand Management. Admin/Operations: Handleall general office operation, administration and maintenancerelated works.Performa variety of clerical and administrative duties with minimalsupervision including answering phones, making appointments,ordering office supplies, and maintain proper filing ofdocumentsRunoffice-related errands, such as purchasing office supplies, fooditems, or other necessities required for the office. Occasionallyassist in other external tasks asrequested.Assistmanager/ director on operation and admin tasks and ensure thecompany operation are wellmanaged.Undertakeassignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by themanager Job Requirements: Mustpossess either at least a diploma in Business Admin/ HumanResources, or anyequivalent.Atleast 1 year of working experience in the related field is requiredfor this position.Freshgraduates are welcomed toapply.Requiredlanguage: English and Malay. Good command of written and spokenMandarin.Computerliterate and well versed in Microsoft Officeapplications.Ableto work in a fast-pacedenvironment.Meticulous,multi-tasking, resourceful, capable of working with minimalsupervision and highself-discipline.Havethe knowledge of Industrial Relations practices, Labour Law andlatest Governmentregulations.
