Responsibilities:Responsible for HR functions including recruitment & selection, salary administration, foreign workers management, immigration matters & employee relations.
Arrange and coordinate relevant training and development to improve employee work performance.
Involved in employee engagement to understand their problems at the workplace and see what we can do to help and support their needs in terms of training and human development.
Hands on with HR issues such as employee relations, grievances, complaints and provide counselling / guidance.
Managing workplace safety issues/complaints.
Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct day to day administrative functions.
Keep track of staff monthly movement records & ensure sufficient manpower for operation.
Good team player, self-motivated, results oriented, proactive with high integrity.
Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
Requirements:Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration with 3 years related working experience.
Able to handle high volume of work and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Strong leadership skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Proficient in MS Office applications and Payroll Application.
