Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource and Admin functions
Handling new employee onboarding procedure including documents preparation, and orientation and offboarding procedures including exit interview, letter preparation, ensure positive effects on the company.
Responsible for recruitment job posting, screening, interview arrangement, manage recruitment progress.
Monthly payroll processing and pay respective statutory contributions.
Propose and arrange for the necessary training and development to ensure improvement of employees' skills set.
Liaise with statutory bodies if there's a necessity
Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
Responsible for develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Assist on expatriate employees regarding working permit, visas, passport renewal and related legal requirements.
Carry out administrative functions such as office management, update on tenancy agreement, arrangement on business travel for management, meeting and events arrangement, license renewal, handling incoming calls to ensure the efficient day to day operations.
Assist to check and verify employees' claims (hardcopy and system checking).
Job RequirementsPosses Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and equivalent
Preferred at least 1 year of work experience in related field
Good understanding on EA1955 and IR Act 1967
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
(Power Point, Word and Excel)
Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia andMandarin .
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with HQ in China.
Able to work in minimal supervision
