Hr & Admin Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Details of the offer

Co-ordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interviews, and preparing letters of employment.
Responsible for both onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provides HR and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
Responsible for the purchase of office supplies, snacks, and holiday gift boxes.
Administrates and organizes company events, including birthday parties, Christmas parties, team-building activities, etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Any ad-hoc tasks required by management.
Job RequirementsGood understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws will be an advantage.
Meticulous and capable of managing work pressure.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Effective organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Able to multi-task and work independently.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
