This job is an HR Admin role involving tasks like posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and organizing employee engagement activities.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in posting job vacancies and managing applications.
Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with candidates.
Preparation of Appointment Letters, Contract letters, and other related documents.
Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
Set up new employees' workstations, provide access to necessary tools, and introduce them to team members.
Ensure compliance with Company policies and legal requirements in record keeping.
Capable of managing all IT-related tasks.
Help organize employee engagement activities (e.g., team building events).
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Head of HR.
Maintain and update HR systems.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and HR-related materials for employee use.
Assist in organizing events for the employees such as birthday lunches, festive celebrations, etc.
To perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HOD or the Management.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, with familiarity in HR practices.
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Previous experience in a similar role as an HR Admin is preferred.
Fluent in both oral and written communication.
Able to communicate well in English.
A basic understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
