The Offer Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance Flexible working options The Job Document Scanning: Scan hardcopy HR documents (e.g., contracts, personal files, and other employee-related documents) to create digital copies.
Ensure scanned documents are of high quality, clear, and complete.
Filing and Organization: Properly label and categorize scanned documents for easy retrieval and reference.
Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all files are up to date and stored securely.
File documents in the appropriate employee folders or designated categories within the HR filing system.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality with all employee-related documents and data.
Ensure sensitive information is handled in compliance with company policies and data protection laws.
Location: Levi Strauss (M) Sdn Bhd, Jalan SS 21/58, Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
