As a food ingredients manufacturer, we committed to providing our products and services with high quality nto meet the market demand, and we promise to diverse ourselves with the changing needs of the food ingredient industries, by implementing new flavors and also new technologies to align with the needs of a consumer market at a competitive price.The Role You will be responsible for : Providing support to the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development and compensation and benefits.Employee onboarding & offboarding.Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system.Application and renewal of work visas.Maintaining employee leave and training records.Administering medical and other insurance as per Company policy.Preparing monthly HR reports for management.Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll.Working with various internal stakeholders to handle payroll related inquiries and resolving any issues or errors in a timely manner.Maintaining all statutory compliance with respect to payroll.Other adhoc works such as preparing work certificates etc.Managing a team of 11-50 people.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, Leisure, Travel, Industrial and Professional Services.
