Job Summary The HR Intern will assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating employee onboarding. You will collaborate with management, conduct initial screenings, and ensure compliance with HR standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining personnel files and supporting various HR tasks as required.
Job Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement full-cycle recruitment plans aligned with company goals.Management Collaboration: Work closely with management to identify hiring needs and clarify job specifications.Job Descriptions: Write, proofread, and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain a network of active and passive candidates; recommend new recruitment sources and utilize resume databases.Job Posting: Prepare and post job advertisements on appropriate channels.Candidate Screening: Pre-screen candidates, review resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and debrief interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.Pre-Employment Processes: Manage pre-employment tests, background checks, and job offer negotiations.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and HR best practices.Onboarding: Organize and facilitate new employee orientation.Support: Assist with maintaining personnel files, performing data entry, and coordinating HR-related meetings and tasks.Ad Hoc Duties: Provide additional HR support as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or appropriate field of study.Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Proficiency in good verbal and written of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin speaking client)Excellent presentations skill.
