5 working days Flat structures Local and overseas learning opportunity Great cmpany cultures and values Individual development opportunities Main Responsibilities: Reports to: General Manager Lead and manage the HR and Administration functions, ensuring effective implementation of policies, procedures, and systems across the entire employee lifecycle, including: Workforce planning Talent acquisition and onboarding Payroll management Compensation and benefits programs HR IT systems and controls Training and people development initiatives Serve as an HR business partner to the leadership team, driving talent strategies to foster a high-performing culture.Oversee and manage the HR budget, personnel costs, and shared services expenses to enhance operational efficiency.Spearhead the establishment and management of shared services functions.
Requirements: 8 years of experience in HR, with experience in managerial level in multinational manufacturing industry.
Bachelors degree in any field, strong computer skills and knowledge in HRMS.
Experience in matrix organization and shared services function is a plus.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
Highly hands-on with a lean mindset, dynamic, resourceful, attention to details and independence with strong interpersonal skill and great sense of urgency.
Fluent in English is a must.
