Hr & Admin Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR & Admin Manager to lead our Human Resources and administrative operations.
This position plays a critical role in managing recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and overall office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Conduct training programs and performance evaluations to promote employee development.
Administer payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts to align with legal and organizational requirements.
Supervise office operations, budgets, and administrative records.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Foster a positive workplace culture and implement HR best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
Legal training or a degree in HR with legal modules is an added advantage.
