Open Position: HR & Admin Manager (Logistic Service Company) A Logistic Service Company is currently hiring a HR & Admin Manager to come and join them in the Selangor Company. Key responsibilities include: l Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in any related field. l Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and administration. l Plan and executes recruitment strategies, overseeing the entire process from posting to selection, while ensuring smooth onboarding and training for new hires. l Support managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance-related matters. l Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment. l Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR and administrative practices. l Oversee daily administrative functions, including office maintenance, supplies, facilities management, and vendor relationships. l Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR and administrative strategies aligned with the company's goals. l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. l Problem-solving and decision-making skills. l Leadership and team management capabilities.
