Job Purpose The role is responsible for the administrative and payroll management, providing high quality and efficient HR services through diverse channels.
Responsibilities Responsible for answering employee requests with high customer service focus. Updates of HR system based on procedures & user guides on time and is responsible for local HR data quality. Collect & manage payroll documentation, prepare certificates. Ensure on/off boarding: documents collection, pre-employment checks, HR Induction meetings – facilitation of all related on boarding documents required including preparation of IDs, ordering laptop/accesses/phone. Ensure time & absences management as well as health coverages management: enrollment, deletion, claims processing, medical visits follow up/organization. Point of contact for compliance and audit for HR in coordination with appropriate; continuous improvement. Ensures that all company policies and procedures are adhered to/in compliance with all applicable laws. Understands policy and practice to ensure confidential employee information is protected. Collaborates effectively with others in order to execute tasks and fulfil key deliverables within the HR local team & Employee Services global team in order to develop credibility. Integrates efficiently with team members in the functional area(s), seeking input/assistance as needed. Strives to gather and share information to allow for transparent knowledge transfer and effective overall capability of the HR local team. Your Profile Profile and Qualifications At least 1 year of related work experience preferably in a multinational or shared services environment. Possess degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or equivalent. Fast learner and adaptability in fast pace work set-up. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Organizational skills and attention to detail. Problem and conflict solver. Ability to follow policies and procedures HR.
