Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Human Resources (80%)
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to onboarding.
• Facilitate comprehensive orientation sessions for new employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both the SharePoint database and payroll system.
• Coordinate employee announcements, including introductions for new hires and recognitions for departing employees.
• Provide support in conducting exit interviews, as needed.
• Oversee staff attendance records & e-Leave management system.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate manager.Administrative Support (20%)
• Procure and manage office supplies and amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Maintain records and distribution of door access cards and other facility access tools (e.g., Petrol Card, Seasonal Parking Card).
• Coordinate and schedule office maintenance services, including carpet cleaning, air-conditioning servicing, and water dispenser maintenance.
• Ensure the timely integration of new joiners into the Face Recognition system on their first day.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1 or 2 years of related working experience in a related field / Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Proactive, meticulous, and organized, with a positive can-do attitude.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey HR policies and engage with employees.
