JOB DESCRIPTIONPrepare yearly Annual Training Plan (ATP), develop appropriate Training Manual and ensure any other training related material, asset are prepared and well maintained.
Update relevant Training Records & maintain Training Procedure to ensure it is complied with the standards.
Internship Programme coordinator with hiring, documentation and allocation.
Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) person in-charge, applying HRDF grant, claim, documentation, updates and awards.
HR Dept Project with Global HR Team.
Apprenticeship Programme with Technical Institute with hiring, documentation and allocation.
Support HR administrator daily task if required.
REQUIREMENTMin 3-5 years of experience in Training & Experience in SOP, Policy & Procedure documents, Prepare yearly Annual Training Plan (AT), HDF Officer.
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or in relevant field.
Must have computer proficiency (MS Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
