Hr And Admin Assistant (Chinese Speaking)

Details of the offer

1. Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
2. Onboarding & Orientation: Help with onboarding new hires, preparing orientation materials, and managing employee records.
3. Administrative Support: Handle general office duties like answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
4. Employee Relations: Support the HR team with activities related to employee engagement, such as planning events or responding to employee inquiries.
5. Data Management: Update and maintain HR databases, ensuring employee information is accurate and up-to-date.
6. Documentation: Prepare HR documents like offer letters, employment contracts, and policies as needed.
 
Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
