Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor social management systems at factories.
Plan, develop, and conduct internal audits to identify gaps in social compliance.
Prepare internal audit reports and coordinate with factories for corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct follow-up audits to verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Identify the latest information on legal requirements (labour practices) and social compliance codes of conduct.
Handle external social audits as lead auditee, coordinating safety, environmental, and HR aspects.
Conduct social compliance training for employees and business partners.
Conduct social audits at selected suppliers' plants.
Serve as the main document controller of all social compliance audit records and procedures.
Analyze audit results and implement necessary actions to resolve compliance issues and interpret complex regulations to ensure adherence.
Communicate internally and externally about social compliance initiatives and allegations.
Coordinate with marketers, customers, factories, and audit companies to schedule social audits.
