About the job: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources and Admin Intern to join our team.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a positive impact in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate and timely information.
Support HR team with employee relations activities, including resolving employee inquiries and concerns, and maintaining employee records.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to projects related to performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, and maintaining HR databases.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Requirement and Qualification: A Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
Previous HR-related experience or coursework is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
