Job DescriptionAs an HR and Administrative Assistant, you will assist in managing our HR and office functions. You'll be a core part of our team, gaining experience in helping us attract, develop, and retain the best talent while supporting the smooth operation of our office. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to build a career in human resources and administration within a supportive, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Help with recruitment: posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Assist with onboarding and welcoming new hires.
Keep employee records up-to-date and assist with HR tasks.
Manage office supplies and handle general administrative tasks.
Support a positive, team-oriented culture.
Mentorship and Training : Gain hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced team.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
