Responsibilities: Employee lifecycle matters: Coordinate onboarding sessions for all new joiners from all levels hired for FC from Interns, Warehouse Operators, Warehouse Associates and above Update reports and employee personal files Handling of employees' inquiries pertaining to Human Resources related matters Provide support for the employee attendance system (TimeTec) and data analysis Assist with the Timetec Attendance system upkeeping and its maintenance Maintain and update HR website and dashboard Involved in disciplinary case investigations and disciplinary procedures Employee engagement and development initiatives Coordinate training process, feedback, request, training room maintenance, liaise with training provider involve in the processing of HRDC documentation and matters related to grants submission, claim request/submission includes respond to queries by HRDC supports and assist in executing 2024 Training Calendar/Plan as well as on the training arrangements and coordination including teambuilding/seminars/WH Tours etc Actively involved with assigned FC engagement activities - planning, implementation, meetings, arrangements & etc. Others Handles computation of assigned payroll related tasks such as KPI incentive data compilation, manual attendance, etc Managing full spectrum of the recruitment process Any other tasks assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources or business field Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills An excellent team player Proficient in excel or other data analytics tools Possess cross cultural experience/exposure is an advantage Other Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills Interest in working for an eCommerce industry Willing to work onsite (Shah Alam) Possess own transportation Wonder how it's like to build your career with ZALORA?
