Hr Assistant - Da Nang

Job DescriptionTimekeeping management
Prepare labor contract and C&B related documents.
Follow up labor contract/annex expiry and proceed with contract renewal.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Onboard/offboard process including documentation preparation, communication to related departments, exit interviews, and onboard/offboard checklist.
Responsible for social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance for DN office.
Manage employee records, internal data, and generate related reports.
Establish policies regarding recruitment, timekeeping, leave, termination, KPI, and employee discipline.
Other tasks assigned by the Management team/Office Manager.
RequirementsUniversity graduate, major in Human Resources or equivalent.
Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel).
1-3 years' experience in HR C&B or equivalent.
Good command of written communication skills in English or Mandarin.
Have a great teamwork spirit.
Good planning and organization skills, able to analyze and solve problems.
Well-versed in labor law, social insurance law, and other related regulations.
