Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Minimum Requirements:At least one year experience in related field.
Familiar with recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Possess Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
Writing in Mandarin is not compulsory; however, must be able to speak, read, and understand Mandarin.
Job Scope:Recruitment of new applicants.
Responsible for preparing personnel performance appraisals; management team would like to know the KPI and performance of the staff and hosts.
Responsible for salary distribution.
