Job Description Support the performance appraisal process and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all employees within the Group.
Oversee manpower planning, job structuring, and employee deployment to optimize the utilization of human resources across the Group.
Coordinate and oversee employee training and development programs, both internally and externally.
Support initiatives to enhance employee retention and boost engagement levels.
Support the execution of succession planning to ensure continuity and sustainability of the business.
Develop and formalize HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance is monitored.
Generate necessary reports and support to ESG and sustainability reporting for the Group.
Assist in the daily operations of the HR department.
Carry out any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior as needed.
Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
Preferably a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
Previous experience in property development and/or with a publicly listed company will be considered an advantage.
Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in computer skills.
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
