Hr Assistant Manager

KPI Process Management:
• Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for departments and individual employees.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
Policy and Compliance:
• Review, develop, and update company policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs.
Payroll and Statutory Compliance:
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
• Manage statutory contributions, filings, and reporting (EPF, SOCSO, tax, etc.).
Administrative and Safety Oversight:
• Supervise administrative tasks and ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor workplace safety and address employee safety concerns.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.
Strategic HR Management:
• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Provide HR leadership and guidance to support business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in HR software and systems.
