The Role: We are looking for a HR Business Analyst, Pacific to make an impact! In this role, you will be part of the HR Data Governance & Automation function that manages the development and governance of the HR data and information strategy to facilitate business decisions and foster growth across the Pacific region. This role will be supporting the Pacific HR Leadership team by analyzing employee data, focuses on actionable insights to support and shape the direction of HR initiatives in the Pacific region. What will you do? * Compile & provide the required data, strategic analysis and actionable insights for better data-driven decisions. * Provide required data, analysis, and insights for quarterly business reviews (QBR). * Contribute to business analytics for critical HR priorities. * Collaborate effectively with Senior HR leaders and Centre of Expertise (CoEs) to conduct business analytics. * Consult on HR transformational designs & projects with Senior HR leaders, utilizing a data-driven approach. * Support on the roll out of data/reporting products across the region. * Ad hoc reporting / Analytics as needed. What qualifications will make you successful? * Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Analytics & Data Science, HR or any other related discipline. * Min 6-8 years of experience working on a metric-driven transformations and managing strategic business initiatives in collaboration with HR leadership, executive team, and cross-functional HR teams. * Have Business or People Analytics / HR Analytics / HR consulting experience within a multinational environment will be preferred. * Experience consulting with senior leaders and a proven track record of delivering value through data automation, visualization and insights. * Experience prioritizing projects & tasks in line with 'effort vs. value', and managing stakeholder expectations closely. * Comprehensive understanding of business operations & how HR strategies and initiatives align with broader organizational objectives. * Strong influencing/convincing and stakeholder engagement skills. * Ability to work with & manage highly sensitive and confidential data. Ability to interpret HR data effectively. * Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs). Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint). * Experience with Analytics Technology such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Qlik, Power BI. Has experience in HRIS data platforms & technologies such as Oracle, MS SQL etc will be an added advantage. * Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills (both verbal and written). * Strong analytical, presentation & organizational skills and attention to detail. * Highly motivated and hardworking, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexible and enjoy providing quality outcomes in a fast paced, team environment. * Able to work in accordance with the Pacific Time Zone hours.
