Description Job Responsibilities :
Support and execute the HR strategy and people plan for the SMI Cluster. Work closely with the SMI Cluster Managing Director and Regional HR Director to align HR policies and processes according to global and continuously develop, review and implement appropriate changes where necessary. Provide consutative HR advise to SMI business leaders and facilate effective implementation of people management initiatives. Manage all Talent Acquisition activities within the SMI cluster in addition, to support the Regional HR Director on other Talent Acquisition assignments across the Asia Pacific Region. Manage complex ER matters, while maintaining confidentiality. Coach and guide SMI senior leadership team in leading capabilities and organization design. Lead the execution of the performance management process to ensure goal alignment to deliver on organizational priorities and support employee development. Lead and own regional ED&I. Talent Development and Culture programs. Drives employer branding exercise within SMI cluster. Drives talent management initiatives, to grow a robust talent pool for succession planning. Collaborates closely with stakeholders to identify top performers and high potentials. Reviews talent and leadership developmental needs and oversees the implementation of an effective development plan to build capability at organizational and individual level. Identifies possible succession gaps and opportunities and put in place plans, systems and processes to facilitate effective and timely leadership succession. Builds an engaged and committed workforce through active employee engagement and communications. Manages stakeholder responses to build an inclusive culture to boost employee morale and commitment. Ensure total rewards approach is aligned to global structure and remains competitive within the cluster to promote retention and market competitiveness. Cultivates an inclusive and open culture for the group. Builds trust in system through open and effective communication strategies. Ensure alignment of policies to company values. Manages diversity of workforce and ensures fair distribution of resources and opportunities. Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experiences
8-10 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a multi-country capacity with team management experience. Strong Talent Acquisition skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and influencing skills. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Experience in driving change, implementing HR strategy as well as implementing HR related mergers and acquisition activities. Experience in facilitating talent management and succession planning execise. A good understading of compensation and benefits. Qualifications :
University or college degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
