Purpose Statement Provides HR business partnership to Supply Chain & Other function(s) by working closely with functions and HR teams (CBS, COHREs) to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources and build the best working environment to support business priorities.
Major Responsibilities Provide strategic HR partnership to assigned function(s) Responsible for managing IR in the plant Responsible for driving people processes in shopfloor Lead Union partnership for CBA negotiations & other important management priorities Responsible for the talent management, workforce planning and organization effectiveness Identified people development needs and compensation action for functions and provide timely and effective solutions Lead the talent acquisition with CBS HR support, to ensure timely full resource on the ground Lead the workforce engagement and other strategic initiatives as per Company's objectives Champion or participate in selected HR programs/ processes by providing project management, e.g.
