JobResponsibilities: Handle day-to-day HR coordination tasks andrespond to queries from managers andemployees.Assist with recruitment processes,including job descriptions, adverts, interviews, andonboarding.Manage employee relations tomaintain high morale and fair treatment.Recordand track absences, organize Occupational Health appointments, andhandle related cases.Update and maintain theskills matrix and assist with training and developmentplanning.Ensure HR information systems areaccurate and up-to-date, prepare reports, and manage payrolldata.Support the update of HR policies,procedures, and employee engagementactivities.Lead and manage HR projects andmaintain confidentiality in all HR matters.Job Requirements: Diploma inHR/Admin.Minimum of 5 years in HR/Admin withina manufacturing environment.Proven experiencein HR coordination or similar role.Strongunderstanding of HR policies, procedures, and employmentlegislation.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.Ability to handleconfidential information and maintain high standards ofprofessionalism.Proficiency in HR informationsystems and reporting.Experience withrecruitment, employee relations, and absencemanagement.Attention to detail andorganizational skills.
