Hr Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day HR coordination tasks and respond to queries from managers and employees.
Assist with recruitment processes, including job descriptions, adverts, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations to maintain high morale and fair treatment.
Record and track absences, organize Occupational Health appointments, and handle related cases.
Update and maintain the skills matrix and assist with training and development planning.
Ensure HR information systems are accurate and up-to-date, prepare reports, and manage payroll data.
Support the update of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities.
Lead and manage HR projects and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
Job Requirements: Diploma in HR/Admin.
Minimum of 5 years in HR/Admin within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in HR coordination or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Proficiency in HR information systems and reporting.
Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and absence management.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
